General Darbar at Battalion No.2 PC Rawalpindi

Today on 07-08-2020 Mr. Ehsan Tufail Addl: Inspector General of Police/Commandant PC visited Battalion-2, PC, Rawalpindi (Rawat). The Honorable guest was received warmly by the Battalion Commander Syed Abid Abbas SP. First of all, a Guard presented General Salute to the guest at quarter-guard. Later the Guest visited Memorial of martyrs of this Battalion and placed a wreath there and planted a tree in the premises of Martyr’s Memorial with his own hands. A General Meeting was also arranged in which all the Officers/Officials of the Battalion-2 participated. The guest also participated in the meeting. The meeting was started with the recitation of Holy Quran. The Battalion commander delivered the opening address and invited/requested the Guest for addressing the participant. While addressing the force the honourable guest appreciated the performance of the force, told the purpose of his visit and also gave precious advices to the force to boost-up their moral/performance. During meeting the guest also gave personal hearing to the Jawans to redress their grievances. A special O.R was also held to solve the personal issues of the PC persons. Later on, an overall briefing on the working of Battalion-2 was given to the guest on multi-media. The guest was also pleased to grant commendation Certificate with cash reward to the Officer/Class-iv staff to appreciate their performance. A Lunch (Bara Khana) was also arranged for all the force. Finally, the guest visited for the opening ceremony of Fatima-uz-Zahra health club newly constructed for physical fitness of the force. The guest appreciated over-all performance/working of the battalion commander and his team for making proper arrangement on his visit and said well-done to Battalion Commander and departed from the Battalion.

General Darbar at Battalion No.4 PC Faisalabad

Mr. Muhammad Ehsan Tufail, Addl; IGP/Commandant Punjab Constabulary visited Battalion No. 4 PC Faisalabad on 29.07.2020 and held an “Ijlaas e Aam”. Necessary instructions/orders were issued on the spot to redress the grievances. The directions issued by the worthy IG, Punjab were also  conveyed to all with emphasis on operational preparedness, discipline and conduct. Everyone was urged for maximum utilization of available resources especially in the wake of the financial slow down. It was decided after due discussions with the officers that all professional activities should be resumed to maintain high standards of professionalism while taking all precautions regarding COVID-19. It was also decided that a massive tree plantation drive must also be undertaken with missionary zeal as envisaged by the worthy IGP, Punjab. The commandant also planted a tree to mark the commencement of the tree plantation campaign .

Necessary instructions/orders were issued on spot to address the grievances. The directions issued by the worthy IG, Punjab were also conveyed to all with emphasis on operational preparedness, discipline and conduct. Mr. Muhammad Ehsan Tufail, Addl; IGP/Commandant Punjab Constabulary visited Battalion No. 3 PC Multan on 27.07.2020. An “Ijlaas e Aam” was held in order to address the issues being faced by the force. Necessary instructions/orders were issued on spot. The directions issued by the worthy IG, Punjab were also shared with all and emphasis on discipline and conduct was reiterated. Optimal utilization of the available resources in wake of the financial slow down was also highlighted. It was decided after due discussions that all professional activities should be resumed to maintain high standards of professionalism while taking all precautions against COVID-19. It was also directed that a massive tree plantation drive must also be undertaken with missionary zeal as envisaged by the worthy IGP, Punjab. The commandant also planted a tree to mark the commencement of the tree plantation drive.
