Daily anti-riot drills and other training activities have been resumed at Punjab Constabulary while taking all precautions against COVID-19 as per instructions of Mr. Muhammad Ehsan Tufail, Addl; IGP/Commandant Punjab Constabulary.
Rao Sardar Ali Khan, Inspector General of Police, Punjab visited Punjab Constabulary Farooqabad on 01.12.2021 and honoured the Passing Out Parade of Anti-Riot Course. Mr. Ehsan Tufail, Addl: IGP/Commandant Punjab Constabulary received the guest.
IG Punjab reviews practical exercises of the force to deal with miscreants and emphasized continuing Anti-Riot Refresher Courses to enhance the capacity of police constabulary personnel. In his speech, he added that officers and personnel should do their best to end the atmosphere of mistrust between the people and the police. He warned that no officer or official who harms the dignity of the department will be allowed to remain part of the force.
Commandant Punjab Constabulary in his speech ensured that All possible steps will be taken to provide the force with modern resources, advanced professional training and other facilities. He briefed IG Punjab on various sections and issues of Punjab Constabulary.
Today on 11.03.22 Mr. Ehsan Tufail Addl: Inspector General of Police/Commandant PC visited Battalion No.2 PC Rawalpindi. An “Ijlaas e Aam” was held in order to address the issues being faced by the force. Necessary instructions/orders were issued on spot.
W/Comandant appreciated the force on performing special duty Rawalpindi & also briefed about upcoming events/duties in the scenario of current law & order situation. He also gave precious advices to the force to boost up their morale/performance.
In the end, he emphasized the force to follow the chain of command for redressal of their grievances, and in case of extreme emergency, his Whatsapp no is available for all force.
