Yadgar e Shuhada

Martyrs are an undeniable testament to the unstaggering commitment of PC to its professional responsibilities and reminds how PC officers sacrificed their today for nation’s tomorrow.

As a living reminder to the courage and sacrifices of the PC martyrs and bereaved families, this monument has been built.

This is a constant reminder that Punjab Police hasn’t forgotten them. On the day of martyrdom of each of its officer a special police guard headed by a gazetted officer visits martyr’s grave for salami and a gift for the family as a humble token of gratitude though nothing can repay the debt of sacrifices made by the officers and their families.
